The Website Goldmine

Published on May 29, 2022

We’re especially proud to share this one — Escape Ordinary is a project that’s close to our hearts. Launched in May 2022, this website goes beyond design. It’s not just a platform — it’s a movement. One that celebrates transformation, resilience, and the courage to choose a new path in life.

🧘‍♀️ The Vision Behind Escape Ordinary

The visionary behind this project is a wellness, fitness, and mindset coach who has rebuilt her life from the ground up — moving from burnout, anxiety, and financial pressure to empowerment, wellbeing, and financial independence.

Her brand, Escape Ordinary, now helps others do the same. Through her work, she teaches people how to embrace balance, build confidence, and create sustainable success through mindful action and purpose-led living.

🎯 The Challenge

The site needed to reflect a deeply personal transformation, while also delivering functionality and clear user pathways.

Core challenges included:

  • Designing a visually striking homepage that leads with storytelling
  • Building dedicated landing pages for each key focus area: Confidence, Balance, and Success
  • Creating a journey-like structure that reflects emotional growth while remaining technically robust and intuitive to use

🛠️ Our Solution

We chose to develop the site using Webflow, giving us the creative freedom to translate this emotional journey into a seamless digital experience.

Key features include:

  • A narrative-driven homepage that reflects the brand’s transformational ethos
  • Three tailored landing pages to spotlight the core pillars — each with content, calls-to-action, and resources
  • Fully responsive design, ensuring consistent performance across all devices
  • High-impact visuals and clean layouts that highlight motivational messaging and personal stories

The structure of the site was carefully mapped to mirror the Escape Ordinary philosophy — guiding users through content in a way that feels both personal and empowering.

🚀 A Website That Inspires Action

The final product is more than a website — it’s a central hub for coaching, digital content, and personal growth. It’s visually powerful, emotionally resonant, and strategically designed to build trust and engagement.

Red flag #2
Do you feel clueless about how your own website actually works?
You rely on your agency or freelancer for almost every tiny change.

Simple edits feel risky or have to go through support.
Red flag #4
Are you 100% sure you own your domain, hosting and website assets?
Or do all the important logins live with someone else?
Red flag #5

Jargon, delays, or answers that don’t really answer your questions.
Red flag #6
Do they make big decisions about your brand or site without involving you?

Red flag #7
Does your site look nice but not really convert or drive leads?
Pretty visuals, but no clear journey, CTAs or measurable outcomes.
Red flag #8
After launch, did your agency basically disappear?
No support, no check-ins, no proactive suggestions.
Red flag #9
Have you discovered plugins, tools or licences on your site you never agreed to?
Or had things break because something wasn’t renewed properly.
Red flag #10
Do you feel like your current site doesn’t really reflect your mission or who you are?
It exists, but it doesn’t feel aligned with your values or audience.
