The work / the difference it made

The problem is
only half the story.

Four project stories. What got in the way, what we changed and the work that followed.

New Project

From generic
to unmistakably Blanchette.

Before / the problem

A poorly built Wix website that captured none of the personality or atmosphere of Blanchette.

After / what changed

A character-filled Webflow experience that brings the restaurant’s unmistakable identity to life online.

New Project

From stuck
to self-sufficient.

Before / the problem

An outdated website, unreliable integrations and an agency setup that made even simple changes difficult.

After / what changed

A modern, flexible platform with rebuilt integrations that gives the team far more control.

New Project

From outdated
to effortless to navigate.

Before / the problem

An outdated website with little user experience and a difficult journey for finding accredited workshops.

After / what changed

A modern experience with intuitive journeys, interactive maps and easier workshop discovery.

From taken offline
to back in business.

Before / the problem

Their website was taken offline by their previous agency following excessive hosting costs, just before a major event.

After / what changed

We rapidly rebuilt their existing designs and got the website back online in time for the event.

Read the story

From concept
to launch-ready.

Before / the problem

A new product needed to become a working MVP in time for a major launch event, after costly previous agency work.

After / what changed

We turned the concept into a functional, launch-ready MVP against a tight deadline.

Read the story

From broken experience
to customer-first.

Before / the problem

An expensive agency relationship paired with a website that lacked the modern experience customers expected.

After / what changed

A modern, customer-first experience built around easier journeys, stronger UX and better value long term.
