Yes. Every service we offer is available individually. You don’t need to commit to a package or sign a retainer to get help with your SEO, branding, maintenance or a migration. We scope each project on its own terms.
What's actually included in a monthly retainer?
We agree the scope upfront hours, tasks and priorities and you get a monthly summary of everything completed. No vague “ongoing work.” No surprise invoices. If you want to change what’s included, we review the scope together.
Will migrating my site affect my Google rankings?
Not if it’s handled properly. We map every URL, set up all redirects and handle every technical step that protects your rankings during the move. We won’t switch anything over until the redirect strategy is confirmed.
How long does a migration take?
Most migrations take a few days to a week. Larger sites with complex content or integrations may take up to two weeks. You’ll get a realistic timeline upfront, not an optimistic one.
How often does my site need maintenance?
At minimum, monthly. Plugin updates, security patches and performance checks aren’t optional if you want your site to stay secure and running properly. Our plans cover everything and include a monthly report so you can see exactly what’s been done.
What does a website audit actually cover?
Technical health, page speed, Core Web Vitals, broken links, indexing issues, UX and conversion review. You get a prioritised action plan in plain English. You can take the report and act on it yourself, or we can fix what we find your choice.
Do I need a portal or is there off-the-shelf software that would do the job?
Honestly, sometimes off-the-shelf is the right answer and we’ll tell you that. If your needs are specific enough that existing tools don’t fit, that’s when a custom portal makes sense. We’ll assess that with you before recommending anything.
